Founder, President & CEO, BlueHour Technology, LLC

Bob Dvorak founded BlueHour Technology and serves as its President and CEO. Before BlueHour he held executive leadership roles at Forsythe Technology, where he was involved in developing KillerIT.

Capital-discipline work delivered with large enterprise clients as part of KillerIT’s capabilities informed the thinking behind MOM-001, Capital Discipline. Today’s MOM-001 is a different thing: one Micro Operating Model within BlueHour’s common Operating Architecture, coordinated with other MOMs, human authority and preserved evidence.

This describes historical experience. It predates the current MOM architecture and is not presented as validated evidence for it.
